Using Diigo was whole new experience for me. I have never seen a website like Diigo before so using operating this software was a little difficult. The features in Diigo that I enjoy include the highlighting and the sticky notes feature. With these features I am able to take notes on important features that I wish to go back and review. With Diigo, the bookmarking feature took a while to understand, which I did not like.  Before this class, I had never blogged before so I had to learn to use it pretty quickly. This website (Blogger) is easy to navigate: whether I wish to post a blog or comment on another students'. I enjoyed personalizing my blog. For me, I like things clean and creative so this was a fun feature for me to play around with. So far, I have learned how other people write blogs.      I have had Twitter since February 2017. I do not usually use it a lot and when I do, I normally just find some relatable tweets that I find funny. However, recently I have seen numerous tweets about the upcoming election. In some way, Twitter is somewhat informative. People tweet about current problems and things they wish to see change, for example, the BLM movement. In my future career, I would see myself using Twitter as a way to post what is going on in my classroom. Maybe post upcoming assignments or tests so students can see.       The digital divide affects students' success in schools because some students may not have the same access to digital resources as other students. For example, one student may not have a computer or wifi connection at home, causing them to get behind on schoolwork and assignments.  After looking through the ELA Standards, I selected the standard LAFS.2.SL.1.2, which is found in "Grade 2". This standard requires students to describe important details from a passage which had been read to them orally or through some other form of presentation (recording device, powerpoint, online textbook, etc.). This standard basically requires students to interpret what they hear or see and answer questions about it to see whether or not they comprehended what they had heard/seen. I feel prepared to implement this standard for two reasons. I feel am "tech savy" enough to use media that students nowadays can relate to.  Copyright is the right to copy. This means that the original creators of products give legal authorization to ones who wish to reproduce their work. Fair use on the other hand, is any copying of copyright material done for a "transformative" purpose. This can be done without permission from the copyright owner. As a teacher these concepts are important when students are creating projects or citing sources in essays. I will make sure each student either has a copyrighted source or simply rewrites the source in their own words in order to avoid plagiarism.  One technology implementation is cyberbullying. With the advancement of technology, cyberbullying has only grown and as a teacher, it is important to stop cyberbullying before it starts. Growing up I would say I mostly used Microsoft Word in high school. I took a business class my junior year of high school where I became MOS certified in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Other than that, I only used Microsoft Word if I had to write an essay for a class or if I wanted to type out notes instead of handwriting them. At FSU, I've only had to use Microsoft Word to type out assignments for classes such as Physics, Philosophy and English. Personally, I have only used Microsoft Word so I am not familiar with other software such as Google Docs.  The ISTE standards for educators are sets of guidelines and examples of how educators should practice their profession.  My name is Morgan Larkins and I am in my first year at Florida State University, although, academically I am a sophomore. My major is elementary education and my plan is to become a principal of an elementary school. What really got me into this major was a class I took in high school called "Early Childhood Development". At my high school, there were also two Pre-K classes in which the high school students who were in the Early Childhood program would teach the Pre-K students. Taking this class made me realize that this was the career I wanted to be a part of: teaching.  While in this program we used all sorts of technology, the most simple one being youtube.
