As a teacher, I think I will use data collection during lessons. For example, if I end up teaching a high school biology class, I can use surveys during class as a way to review for a test. By doing this, I am able to see what areas students are still struggling in. I could also use data collection as a way to figure out what students prefer in the classroom. For example, I could use surveys to ask students if they prefer to test on paper or on computers and then try to fit each student's preferences. After reviewing my classmates' blogs, I noticed most of them made their website for an elementary class. Many of my classmates had similar layouts in which there was a section designed for students and a section designed for the parents. Regarding the most recent blog, most of my classmates do not enjoy distance learning. Many of them feel that they are more forgetful now than before Covid and they also feel most of the work assigned to them is busy work. In the future, I wish t

Learning from a distance this semester was challenging. I enjoy not having to rush to walk across campus in order to get to class, however, I feel as if I am just receiving busy work. Working on the Web Design had its ups and downs. It was difficult to place text boxes and images exactly where I wanted them to go. I did not like the large amount of buttons because it was a little overwhelming. I did enjoy how you could use a template of someone else's website. It took me a while to figure out how to annotate documents, but once I got the hang of it, I realized this website is very helpful. In the classroom, this application can be used by students when doing research projects. With team members and individual professional efforts, this application can be used among one another to review documents and receive constructive criticism. One link that teachers can use

After visiting the Griffin Middle School Website, I noticed this website has specific links designated to parents, staff, and students. There is also a calendar located on the welcome page where anyone has access to see any upcoming events. In the student section, student links such as "Portal", "Testing Dates", and "Course Request Forms" are provided. Under the parent section, parents can find the lunch menu, bus schedules, and "Before School" forms. https://www.leonschools.net/griffin In order to accomplish my professional responsibilities more efficiently and effectively, I envision myself using technology on a regular basis. With every lesson that I teach, I plan on using some sort of technological device because students in todays day and age have become accustomed to technology. I plan to use Trello, which is an organization website to keep all my files organized. I also plan to use Engrade, a software in which I can create my own quizzes
